Gluten-free Chocolate Cake with Maca

Ingredients

130g of gluten-free flour
60g of gluten-free milk cocoa powder
3 teaspoons of maca powder*
2 teaspoons of baking powder
A good pinch of salt
100g of butter, melted
2 eggs

Directions

***********************************************************************************

1. Mix all the dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately, then combine them.

2. Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled tin.

3. Bake it in a pre-heated oven (180℃) for 30 minutes, or until a stick comes out clean when inserting.
