Weekly Gluten-free Dinner for Two #8 (01/06-07/06):

* These are rough estimates of the dinner costs for me and darling David.
These often exclude seasonings, and other small amounts of ingredients (milk, oil, etc.).

This week's total seems more expensive. Perhaps it's because I have used some new products (coconut milk: £1.90, Tofu: £1.29, Konjac Fettucine: £2.49), that could have been found cheaper elsewhere. Anyhow, they were all delicious - on top of being healthy - so I 'm glad we tried them :)

So, here's our gluten-free dinner for the last week!


MONDAY
Dinner: Meat and vegetables in tomato sauce with pesto spaghetti :) 
Total: £ 2.54 (£1.27 per person - appx. $1.95/¥242)*
