SNACK OF THE WEEK
Homemade microwaved crisps

Ingredients:

6 baby potatoes' peels
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
1 pinch of salt

After peeling potatoes for the main dish...
1. get rid of excess water from the peels with kitchen towels,
2. place them onto a plate
3. pour a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil* & a pinch of salt, and toss it
4. spreading them evenly on the plate
5. microwave in high heat for around 4 minutes & see it's getting dry or not
6. add another 5 minutes or more if necessary until they are nicely crispy

* They will stick onto the plate if you don't coat them enough with oil, but it can be avoided with placing non-stick cooking liner on the plate.

For this week, we didn't go shopping at all except once when we went to get stuff like cereals, Cadbury's Giant Buttons, and ingredients for ice cream :D
So, these menus must be very very cheap :)

Cheers!
