Recipe #2 - Gluten-free minced beef & pork + vegetable lasagna

Gluten-free lasagna

Ingredients

I forgot to include grated cheese :D
For the sides
3 baby potatoes, sliced, baked
Handful of frozen green peas, boiled

For white sauce
300ml of milk
1 sachet of gluten-free white sauce mix
or
250ml of milk
30g of butter
30g of GF white flour
Salt
1/2 cube of chicken stock or handful of cheese

Handful of spinach

For tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 + 1/2 small onions, fined chopped
Handful of peppers
250g of minced beef & pork
400g of chopped tomatoes
1 + 1/2 tablespoon of GF soy sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried basil
Salt & pepper

4 lasagna sheets*
Some salt, to boil


* I boiled 5 lasagna sheets, but I only used 4 for this lasagna, which made us full :)

  So, I baked the left over sheet to make crispy chips, which turned out to be very delicious :) It was more like the mixture of tortilla chips & cereals :D

Directions

Put another lasagna sheet, and repeat the last 3  for 3 more times :)

Bake for around 30-40 minutes until cheese is golden brown :)
I boiled these peas in the same water I boiled lasagna sheets to save gas :D
